Choose rafters only or a basic package of rafters, battens, underlay and metal tiles. Insulation, counter-battens, wall plates and accessories are quoted separately.

What work can be included in the estimate?

Can you quote from photos?

Photos help identify the likely work. Rafters, the substrate and concealed defects must be checked during an inspection.

Does the calculator include materials?

No. It estimates labour. Materials, delivery, waste removal and high-level access are quoted separately.

Can existing rafters be retained?

Yes, if inspection confirms they are suitable for the proposed covering. Signs of structural problems require assessment by a qualified specialist.

What warranty do you provide?

The scope, duration and terms are set out in the contract for the selected solution and roof condition. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer.
