Can you repair a roof without replacing it all?

Yes, if the damage is local and the remaining covering and substrate are suitable for continued use. An inspection establishes whether junction repairs, new fixings or a replacement section will be sufficient.

What should I send for a repair estimate?

An overall roof photo, close-ups of damage and leak marks, the property address and approximate area. Add photos to the enquiry form beside the calculator. Concealed defects need an on-site inspection.

What does the repair calculator cover?

Leak repair is estimated by the number of repair locations. For full replacement, calculate new covering installation and old covering removal separately. Materials, delivery, waste removal and high-level access are excluded from the labour estimate.

Do you repair junctions and metal roofs?

Yes. The agreed scope can include junctions, ridges and valleys, as well as damaged fixings and metal roofing sheets. The repair method depends on the cause of the leak.

How are dates and warranty terms agreed?

We discuss the address, scope, access and possible dates when you enquire. Scheduling also depends on weather. Work warranty scope, duration and terms are specified in the contract; material warranties are provided by the manufacturer.
