The calculator covers laying sheets on a prepared substrate. Underlay, counter-battens, battens, flashings and complex junctions are excluded from the base rate. We agree the complete scope in the estimate.

Can metal tiles replace an existing covering?

Yes, once the structure has been checked for condition and suitability. Old covering removal and any substrate restoration are quoted separately. Structural problems require assessment by a qualified specialist.

Do you install profiled steel roofing?

Yes. Select profiled steel in the calculator. As with metal tiles, the base rate covers sheets on a ready substrate; accessories and preparation are agreed separately.

How can I request an installation estimate?

Provide the roof area, address, covering type and whether removal is needed. Add roof photos or a dimensioned drawing if available. We agree the scope and estimate after clarifying geometry, substrate condition and access.

When can work start and what warranty applies?

Dates depend on scope, material availability, access and weather. Installation warranty scope and terms are set out in the contract. Manufacturer warranties for materials are separate.
