DAKHORIO has its own roofing crews serving Kyiv and the surrounding region. Our crews have mobilization deferrals and are ready to work. Our core experience is metal tiles, profiled steel sheets, timber roof structures and bituminous roofing.
We tailor the scope to the actual condition of the roof. Sound components are retained and necessary replacements are explained. Materials, stages and responsibilities are agreed for every project.
For complex membrane systems, we first assess the technical solution and the need for a specialist partner. Our focus is the pitched-roof and bituminous systems we know well.

Before work begins
Can you quote from photos?
Photos help identify the likely work. Rafters, the substrate and concealed defects must be checked during an inspection.
Does the calculator include materials?
No. It estimates labour. Materials, delivery, waste removal and high-level access are quoted separately.
Can existing rafters be retained?
Yes, if inspection confirms they are suitable for the proposed covering. Signs of structural problems require assessment by a qualified specialist.
What warranty do you provide?
The scope, duration and terms are set out in the contract for the selected solution and roof condition. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer.
